OUR HISTORY

Notman Motor Sales Ltd is a successful 20 year old company that completed an amalgamation with Notman Chrysler Dodge Jeep in early 2001. In the short 10 years since we have grown through the dedication of a staff of 30 to serve a customer base now numbering in the thousands.
By 2002 Notman Chrysler Dodge Jeep had earned 5 Star status as an elite member of the Chrysler Canada group of dealers, and the accolades have continued. Through the years our Sales, Business, Service and Parts managers have each achieved Manager of Distinction Awards. We were one of the first dealers to merit Chrysler?s "Doctor in the House" status and currently enjoy the highest level of Chrysler certification.
This constant technical training and subsequent striving for Service excellence lead to one of our technicians being recognized by Chrysler with the National Master Tech Award for 2004. Through area, then regional, and finally national competition, this award recognized one of our technicians as the most skilled in the country. It is a prestigious recognition for our Service Department and indeed reflects the passion and professionalism of our entire dealership team.
Sales personnel have all qualified and maintained years of Chrysler?s Sales Guild membership. Our high CSI and SSI rankings reflect the satisfaction levels we consistently achieve from customer feed back.
In 2008 our dealer principal was nominated locally for Entrepreneur of the Year, by the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce for his supportive Marketing program called the Notman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Immediate Stimulus Package. This endeavor was also recognized by the Canadian Automobile Dealer?s Association for a prestigious Business Excellence Award. The program immediately infused $22,000 in $500 increments to local businesses during the depth of recession days, mid March to mid April 2008. It drew favour from the public and numerous local merchants who received the monies, and was well documented by the local press.
In summary, although Notman Chrysler Dodge Jeep is but 10 years old, on the local business scene we feel our impact on the community and dedication to our ever-increasing customer base serves well beyond our years.

LETTER FROM THE OWNER

        As we are in our 10th year at Notman Chrysler Dodge Jeep, we look back and realize our success has been fueled by passion. That passion is still a key element in all of our endeavours to this day.
The obvious passion for our quality line of new or redesigned products fuels the momentum with our sales staff. Recent numerous awards for safety, fuel efficiency and unparalleled design have returned the new Chrysler to the engineering prominence of old, which further buoys the enthusiasm throughout our showroom.
The passion to satisfy our customers is always top of mind in dealing with everyday maintenance and service challenges in our Service Department. Honestly, few people want to spend their hard -earned money servicing their vehicle but the necessity prompts us to provide efficient, qualified service for our customers. Our award-winning staff of 8 technicians routinely exceed customer's expectations as attested to by our ever changing display of testimonials.
Our Parts Department is constantly charged with efficiently supplying quality Mopar parts reasonably priced, and on time, for our waiting customers as well as outside enthusiasts with their needs at our counter. These internal demands are balanced daily with our strong demand for deliveries to our many area wholesale customers at body shops, repair centers and smaller garages. As our Parts staff emphasize, "we take our passion to the streets."
As well our Detail Department constantly meets the challenge to prepare clean, fresh vehicles for delivery to our customers. All involved have the passion and enthusiasm as seen by the smiles reflected in a shiny fender or a mirror-like window.
Dedicated Support Staff from our administration and secretarial departments also share in the dealership's passion for excellence from behind the scenes. This enthusiasm further adds to the sincerity behind our motto of "We treat you like family."
It is indeed, an honor to work along side such a skilled, dedicated, enthusiastic group of team members.
